Welcome to Rinofu, your trusted bicycle repair service provider. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and website. By accessing our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with Rinofu's bicycle repair services, whether in-person, online, or through any communication channel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Rinofu provides professional bicycle repair, maintenance, and related services. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • General bicycle maintenance and tune-ups
  • Brake and gear adjustments
  • Wheel truing and spoke replacement
  • Chain and drivetrain servicing
  • Tire and tube replacement
  • Suspension servicing
  • Custom bicycle builds and upgrades
  • Emergency repair services

3. Service Estimates and Pricing

All service estimates provided are approximate and based on initial inspection. The final cost may vary depending on the actual work required, parts needed, and any unforeseen complications discovered during the repair process. We will contact you for approval before proceeding with any work that exceeds the original estimate by more than 15%.

Important: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All quoted prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash
  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Bank transfers
  • Digital payment platforms

Bicycles will not be released until full payment has been received. Unpaid bicycles held for more than 30 days may be subject to storage fees.

5. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer of Rinofu, you agree to:

  1. Provide accurate information about your bicycle's condition and any known issues
  2. Remove all personal belongings from your bicycle before leaving it for service
  3. Collect your bicycle within the agreed timeframe after repair completion
  4. Notify us immediately of any concerns regarding the completed work
  5. Maintain your bicycle according to manufacturer recommendations between services

6. Warranty and Liability

We warrant that all repairs will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner using quality parts and materials. Our warranty covers:

  • Labor: 30 days from the date of service completion
  • Parts: Manufacturer's warranty applies (typically 6-12 months)

6.1 Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect
  • Modifications made by third parties after our service
  • Parts supplied by the customer
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow maintenance recommendations

6.2 Limitation of Liability

Rinofu's liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, or personal injury resulting from bicycle use after repair.

7. Bicycle Storage and Abandonment

Bicycles left for repair are stored at the customer's risk. While we take reasonable precautions to secure all bicycles, Rinofu is not responsible for theft, damage, or loss due to circumstances beyond our control.

Bicycles not collected within 60 days of repair completion notification will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of abandoned bicycles to recover storage costs and outstanding fees after providing written notice to the customer.

8. Appointment Cancellations

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of £25.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Your information is used solely for service delivery, communication, and business operations. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Rinofu website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Rinofu and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

11. Modifications to Terms

Rinofu reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
